With over 20 years’ experience in accounting and training, Sandra brings a broad understanding of business and training requirements to Australian Salesmasters Training Co. Since 1997 Sandra
has worked as a tax accountant and also been a trainer and lecturer in the TAFE system.
Since starting her family in 2006, Sandra has ventured out commencing her own accounting practice. Training is very much a passion and now being involved at Australian Salesmasters Training Co., this facilitates both of her career interests. She is an extremely professional business person, with also the understanding that everyone deserves the option to forge ahead in their lives and careers.
Brian joins our company with an absolute wealth of experience and knowledge of AQTF 2010 and the workings of a compliant RTO. With skills in both compliance and administration, Brian has also excelled as a trainer in a variety of fields including Real Estate.
With well over 30 years experience in Education, Transport/Logistics, Pathology and Wholesale Retail, Mark brings a business partnered team spirit to the Company. Working closely with the Managers and Directors of the company, he adds to the ethical and responsible nature at Australian Salesmasters in achieving a high level of compliance that is essential for everyone's success.

Shirley gained her degree majoring in Information Technology at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Her passion lies in Customer Service and Web Maintenance. Shirley oversees all
Internet/website activity for the Australian Salesmasters. Shirley graduated in Master of Commerce from University of Sydney in 2008.
Shirley speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.

Executive Assistant / QMS / Admin
Lee has over 10 years experience within the Customer Service / Administration / Hospitality Industries.
She will be responsible for Learner Administration, general office duties, the switchboard and the smooth running of the ASTC office.
As the QMS Administrator she is responsible for the administration of ASTC's business documents into QMS.
Marcia has a solid background in Employment Services working for a JobNetwork Member for several years. She is a current holder of Certificate III in Business Administration and BSB51107 - Diploma of Management. Working on all aspects of RTO Services, Marcia is a point of contact for all clients and learners participating in the wide range of training packages in offer. She enjoys interacting with people at all levels.
Raisa is responsible for the management of all learner records and contracts. She ensures that our sensitive information is maintained and archived in an efficient manner that complies with
all legal requirements.
She also assists with the VET FEE-HELP administration.
Mary has extensive experience within the Customer Service / Hospitality Industries. Together with her background in the Accounting / Tax industries she will be responsible for Learner Enrolment. Mary speaks fluent Hindi.

Afifi particularly enjoys working across teams in his role as Network and IT Support Officer.
Carissa joins the team following a career in Performing Arts where she has worked alongside notable names in the industry, as well as Australian companies and international brands such as
Disney. Carissa completed a Diploma of Performing Arts with distinctions from Australia’s leading performing arts college.
Carissa has over six years’ experience in customer service due to work in the retail, hospitality and pharmaceuticals sectors.
Carissa is currently undertaking a certificate III in Business Administration with The Australian Salesmasters, to further her career in the business support industry.
