This course provides complete Food Safety Supervisor training and nationally recognised.

 

This course is covering SITXFSA001 Use Hygiene Practices for Food Safety & SITXFSA002 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices.

 

All content delivered online + online assessment questions.

 

A Practical skills demonstration (workplace skills observation) is required to be conducted as part of the process.

 

 

For non NSW, upon successful completion you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.

 

For NSW, upon successful completion you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment and NSW Food Authority certificate.
