Before you can become an Assistant Real Estate Agent in Australian Capital Territory (ACT), you will need to obtain a Certificate of Registration from Access Canberra.
What you will learn:
Access Canberra requires that you are competent in the following 5 core units of CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice prior to applying for a Certificate of Registration as an assistant real estate agent:
Please note, you must also complete five additional units within the first 12 months of your registration.
