All individuals who hold a Class 1 licence, Class 2 licence or a Certificate of Registration must complete the CPD specified for their licence or certificate category each year.

The CPD year for all licence and certificate holders starts on 23 March each year and ends on 22 March the following year. The first CPD year will run from 23 March 2020 to 22 March 2021.

CPD Courses - ACT

Access Canberra requires certificate and licence holders in the ACT to complete 12 CPD points a year as a condition of renewing their licences. 

Our ACT 8 CPD points course includes a full unit of competency and meets the requirement of 8 CPD points in category 3.

Certificate of Registration Assistant Agent - NSW

NSW Fair Trading requires that you are competent in the 5 core units from Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice prior to applying for a Certificate of Registration as an Assistant Real Estate Agent.

Certificate of Registration - ACT

If you want to sell real estate or become a Property Manager in ACT, you will need a Certificate of Registration from the Office of Regulatory Services (ORS). This course meets the educational requirements that will qualify you to apply for a Certificate of Registration, and work under a licensed Real Estate Agent.

CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice - NSW

This course fulfills the educational requirements necessary to obtain a Real Estate Class 2 Licence in NSW issued by the Office of Fair Trading. 

CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) - ACT & Victoria

This course fulfills the educational requirements necessary to obtain a Real Estate  Licence in ACT & Victoria. 

CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

This qualification reflects the role of real estate principals who apply knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to establish and control real estate functions. This qualification applies to residential or commercial practice in real estate sales, real estate property management, strata management, business broking, stock and station, or auctioneering.

This course fulfills the educational requirements necessary to obtain a Real Estate Class 1 Licence in NSW issued by the Office of Fair Trading.
